These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the patrolypas.com website and the services provided by Patrolypas Inversiones S.A.S. By using the site, you accept these terms in full.

1. Company information

patrolypas.com is operated by Patrolypas Inversiones S.A.S., tax ID 1793241870001, registered office at Av. de los Shyris N37-65 and El Telégrafo, Renazzo Plaza Building, Floor 8, Office 802, Quito, Ecuador. Registered with the Superintendence of Companies, Securities and Insurance under file No. 318452.

2. Scope

Patrolypas operates a real estate crowdlending platform that connects investors with developers seeking financing for real estate projects in Ecuador. Patrolypas is not a bank or a financial intermediation entity.

3. Nature of the operations

Published operations are loan contracts between the investor and the project developer. Patrolypas acts as originator, structurer and servicer, but it is not a counterparty to the loan nor a guarantor of returns.

4. Requirements to invest

To take part you must be of legal age, complete the identity verification process (KYC) and accept the contracts for each operation. Patrolypas reserves the right to reject registrations that do not comply with Ecuador's anti-money laundering regulation.

5. Risks

Investments are not bank deposits and are not guaranteed by COSEDE. The investor may partially or fully lose the invested capital. Past returns do not guarantee future returns.

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos and software on the site are owned by Patrolypas or its licensors. Reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

Patrolypas shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or from investment decisions made by the user.

8. Modifications

Patrolypas may modify these terms at any time. The current version will be published on patrolypas.com with the date of update.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Metropolitan District of Quito, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
